• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date or no-show: No refund.
• In case of unforeseen events (weather, strikes, or government restrictions), Glory Tours Egypt reserves the right to modify or cancel tours, offering alternatives or refunds as applicable.

4. Travel Documents and Responsibility

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
• Glory Tours Egypt is not responsible for losses due to invalid or incomplete travel documents.

5. Health, Safety, and Liability

• All travelers participate in tours at their own risk.
• While we prioritize your safety, Glory Tours Egypt is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings during tours or transfers.
• Travelers should ensure they have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies and cancellations.

6. Changes to Itineraries

We may occasionally make minor changes to itineraries due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or local conditions. Such adjustments will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
